Public Lecture by Dr Simon Bednarek:  

Fundamental Soul Questions, Our Identity and Destiny and the Threefold Path of the Human Being.

This will be about our journey in life as we search for answers of “Who am I?”, “What is the significance of my relationships?” and “Does life on earth have any purpose? Do I have a task in life?” We will then look at the Path of thinking, feeling and willing and the exercises we can practice to develop our body, soul and spirit so as to be healthy.

Saturday- 12th October

Time: 8:30 am to 18:00

8:30 – Registration

9:00 – Therapeutic Eurythmy

10:00 – Social Learning – How to work together as a therapeutic community. Simon Bednarek

What is a vision, individual freedom in a community development, 3 realms of activity, and how that works practically, “What it is to be a representative to the Medical movement”, touching on Michael, Raphael and Uriel as guiding archangels to help us and the meditative path.

11:15 – 11:45 – morning tea

11:45 – 12:45 – How to work together

A representative of each therapeutic group will talk on how they work together as a professional group and how they work together with other professional groups.

12:45 – 13:45 – Lunch

13:45 – 15 – How to work together (continued)

15:00 – 15:30 Afternoon-tea

15:30 –17.30 – Threefold Listening Exercise – small group work Simon Bednarek. 

To practice listening for the three levels of communication in the following ways:

Someone tells a story, about an “incident” or issue that is still current, and still requires some decision or action.

Listeners form to listen to the different levels.

• Accuracy and attention in relation to the information, ideas, and mental pictures actually expressed by the speaker.

• Sensitivity to the underlying feelings and mood, which may or may not be directly expressed.

• Recognizing the fundamental direction of the speaker’s intentions and energy.

9:15 – 10:15 – Therapeutic Eurythmy

10:30 – 12:45: AAMA – AGM
